
Rosemary Scented Dip with 5 Unique Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ingredients
5 Unique Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/2 cup
Fresh rosemary, finely chopped, 1 TBS
5 Balsamic Estate Vinegar, 2 TBS
Parmesan cheese, grated, 3 TBS, divided
Sea salt, 1/2 tsp or to taste
Pepper, finely ground, to taste
Execution
1. Using a jar with a lid or a small blender, mix/shake all ingredients for about 10-15 seconds, except half portion of the cheese.
2. Pour dip on a serving plate, sprinkle rest of cheese and serve immediatly with some crusty bread.

Nutrition notes
• Letting the dip “sit” for about two hours will allow the flavors to better blend. Lightly mix before serving and sprinkle rest of the cheese last minute.
• Experiment with a variety of herbs such as fresh oregano or basil.
• This recipe can be used as a marinade for meat, chicken or potatoes (Omit the cheese).
